Payment and Delivery

For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order. In the event of order cancellation due to possible order cancellation or stock issues, a refund to your credit card will be made within the specified time period in accordance with the refund policy of the selected bank.

Delivery

We strive to deliver the products you have ordered within an average of 12-15 business days. For products that take time to procure, the delivery time will be specified separately. You will be notified in case of a possible delay in delivery.

In order to ensure that the product delivery is carried out without any problems, please provide the address where you will be during the day as the delivery address.

Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you have specified at the end of your order.

Payment Tracking

If the system is unable to complete the transaction due to any reason, our visitors will be notified of this situation on the payment page.

If there is an error in the specified address, the customer who placed the order will be contacted regarding the order that could not be delivered.

The validity of the email address specified by the visitor is confirmed by an automatic email sent after the order is transferred.

We are responsible to the bank that provides the credit card system as well as to the customer for the delivery of the order.

Please note!

If you believe that a package has been damaged during shipping, open and inspect it in the presence of the delivery company representative. If you believe that the product has been damaged, do not accept delivery and have the delivery company prepare a report.

Once the product has been delivered, it is assumed that the delivery company has fulfilled its obligations.

If the product is damaged: Please notify us of the report you have prepared as soon as possible at info@desberries.com.

If you complete these procedures, we will begin working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.

If you briefly explain why you wish to return the product in this email, it will assist us in our work regarding the product.
