Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, so you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To return your item, it must be in the same condition as when it arrived: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess and correct the issue.

Exclusions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain product types, such as perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), specialty items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products), cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the product you already have and make a separate purchase for the new product once the return is accepted.

14-Day Cancellation Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As mentioned above, your product must be in the same condition as when it arrived: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know whether your refund request has been approved. If your request is approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
