Payment and delivery
For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card upon completion of the order. In the event of a possible cancellation of the order or cancellation of the order due to stock problems, the amount will be refunded to your credit card within 14 working days.

Delivery

We strive to deliver the products you have ordered to the warehouse on the same day. For products that take a while to be delivered, the delivery time to the warehouse is 3 working days, as indicated in the product detail. You will be informed in case of any possible delay in delivery.

In order to ensure uninterrupted delivery of the product, please provide your daytime address as the delivery address.

Your orders will be processed for preparation according to the type of delivery you have specified at the end of the order. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be shipped by a contracted transport company. Once your orders are approved, they will be delivered to the freight company within a maximum of 2-3 (two-three) business days.

You can check the different delivery conditions with our customer service representative. In addition, cargo deliveries are only valid for Türkiye.

Payment tracking

If the system in question is unable to complete the transaction due to any problem, our visitor is informed of this situation as a result of the payment page.

In case of any error in the specified address, the orderer is contacted regarding the undeliverable order.

The validity of the email address specified by our visitor is confirmed by an automatic email sent after the order is transferred.

Both the bank where we use the credit card system and the customer are responsible for carrying out the delivery.

Please pay attention!

Please open and check any packages that you think have been damaged during shipping in front of the authorized person from the company you received. If you think there is any damage to the product, do not receive the product and keep a report to the freight company.

Once the product has been received, it is accepted that the freight company has fully fulfilled its duty.

If you complete these steps, we will start working on your package and ensure that it is delivered again as soon as possible.
